Payroll

Setup Fees (Required - One Time) (All Below)

 

  • Client agrees to a onetime charge of $250, up to 10 employees. (New Client Payroll Setup Fee)  

  • Client agrees to a onetime charge of $35/HR for over 10 employees. (New Client Payroll Setup Fee)

  • Client agrees to a onetime charge of $50 (Direct Deposit Setup Fee)  

 
Monthly Fees (Required) ( Pay Option schedule)

Weekly Payroll Schedule

  • $200/Month - Up to 10 employees  

  • $10/Month - Per additional employee  ​

Bi-Weekly / Monthly Payroll Schedule

  • $150/Month - Up to 10 employees

  •  $5/Month - Per additional employee  

 

Quarterly Fees (Required) 

  • $150/Quarter - Prepare and file quarterly 941, Sales Tax, RT6 ( if needed)

  •    $50/Quarter  Make tax deposits and payments on your behalf from specified account includes reporting and filing forms 904, 941, RT6, (sales tax if needed) Processing W2 & 1099 misc with providing copy for end of the year 

  •  $300/ Reconciliation - If you cancel before fiscal year end, You will be charged a reconciliation fee for to close out your account, manual update and file 940, 941, RT6, Sales Tax. (taxes and fees not included in reconciliation fee.)

 

Corporate Income Tax filing  (optional)

  • Will be based on Forms that need to be filed according to your tax situation. Fees range from $500 - $1500 and will be charged by the forms.
